Fernanda Aguiar

Fernanda joined NGP Capital’s European Investment Team in 2022 and is based in the Berlin office. She spends most of her time diving into the Industrial Tech, Space Tech and Enterprise Software markets.

Fernanda loves to meet founders solving problems in large markets with a novel approach.

Prior to NGP, Fernanda was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where she worked in multiple projects, in topics such as operational excellence, post-merger integration, and new business models. After that, she was at Delivery Hero Ventures where she invested in global technology companies from Seed to Series D.

Fernanda holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investments from ESMT Berlin, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Sao Paulo (USP).

Outside of work, you may probably find her driving her bike around Berlin or planning her next trip.
