We’re an early-stage venture capital firm, typically investing 
from Series A through to Series C.

We prefer to back founders once they have demonstrated good product market fit, have at least $1m ARR and a dozen customers.

We are thesis driven, and invest in B2B companies driving the next era of convergence of the physical and digital world.

Some of the areas we look at from this lens include enterprise software, industrial tech, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

We are a global fund, with a focus on investing across Europe, Israel, the U.S., and occasionally other regions on a case-by-case bases.

Investing under one fund, we have teams based in Palo Alto, Berlin, and Helsinki who are positioned 
to leverage regional expertise 
and networks.

Our first ticket sizes range from $5M to $15M in rounds that are between $10 and $50M in total. While we prefer to lead or co-lead, we can also co-invest.

Additionally, we support our portfolio in subsequent rounds.
