Christian Noske

Christian Noske is a Partner at NGP Capital, based in Berlin, where he focuses on investments in industrial tech, enterprise software, and deep tech.

He joined NGP Capital in 2021 and has since led investments in companies such as ANYbotics, The Exploration Company and Daedalus. amongst others. Before NGP Capital, Christian was a Partner at Target Global, the founding Managing Director of Alliance Ventures (Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi), and a founding Partner at BMW i Ventures. Across these roles, he led investments in enterprise software, industrial technology, and mobility—backing startups that are reshaping how the world moves and builds.

Christian brings deep experience as a board member, working closely with founders to help them scale operationally. He’s known for his collaborative, founder-first approach and his ability to support teams through both growth and challenges.

He is also the host of DeepTech Unleashed, NGP Capital’s podcast spotlighting Europe’s most interesting deep tech founders, and is regularly featured in the European tech press for his views on industrial innovation, venture capital, and deep tech technologies.

Earlier in his career, Christian was CFO of a digital agency acquired by WPP and held finance and business development roles at Robert Bosch GmbH in Germany and Asia. He holds a degree in business information systems from the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg.
