2013 – UC Web is  acquired by Alibaba in 2013 in a $1B+ deal.

2015 – Ganji.com China's leading online marketplace, is acquired by Tencent-backed 58.com in a $1B+ exit.

2017 – Heptagon, a micro-optical company, is aqcuired   by  AMS in a billion-dollar exit—marking our largest in Europe to date.

2018 – the Chinese consumer electronics company Xiaomi went public, with its IPO valuing the company at approximately $54 billion.

2020 – Moovit is acquired by Intel, for $900M+.

2020 – Pubmatic, a global digital advertising platform, celebrates a successful $1.5B IPO.

2022 – We launched our $400M fifth fund to back B2B startups from Series A onwards in Europe and the U.S., focusing on Industrial Tech, Enterprise Software, Cybersecurity, and Edge & Data Infrastructure.

2024 – NIL Technology, a leader in advanced meta-optics, is acquired by Radiant Opto-Electronics in one of Europe’s biggest deep tech exits of 2024.

2024 – Coda, the all-in-one workspace for businesses, merges with Grammarly. As part of the deal, Coda’s CEO and co-founder became the joint company’s CEO while NGP Capital remained a shareholder in the joint venture.
