Justin Jin

Justin joined NGP Capital in 2021 as China CFO, and he is responsible for portfolio management and finance operation in China, as well as supporting the firm's investment, capital-raising, and exits. He has more than 15 years of working experience in finance and accounting with a focus on deal advisory and fund operation.

Prior to NGP Capital, Justin worked for Kinzon Capital as CFO for more than five years. He also spent five years with Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Service where he was a senior manager primarily providing financial due diligence services to PE/VC firms. He started his career at KPMG Shanghai as an auditor.

Justin holds a bachelor's degree in business law from the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. He is also a China CPA holder.
