Juha Christensen is a serial founder and currently serves as Chairman at Bang & Olufsen, a company renowned for music systems, loudspeakers, and televisions for over 100 years. He is also Chairman and Co-Founder at Star, a global technology consulting firm, and Vice Chairman of Netcompany, Northern Europe’s fastest-growing IT services company with close to 10,000 employees.

Furthermore, Juha is Co-Founder of Founders Collective byFounders, a “for founders, by founders” venture fund.

A Danish citizen, Juha has spent his career launching and scaling technology companies worldwide. In 2008, he founded Star to provide startups with end-to-end support from concept to finished product. He expanded the company from 40 employees to 750 across Europe, the US, and Asia.

Earlier in his career, Juha led the foundation of Symbian (acquired by Nokia) and had leadership roles at Microsoft and Macromedia (acquired by Adobe). He helped scale Trolltech (acquired by Nokia), Teleca (acquired by Harman), VirtualLogix (acquired by Red Bend), and Pelican (acquired by Xperia) as a board member, and served as Chairman of Automotive AI company CloudMade (acquired by Stellantis).
