Guido Jouret

Dr. Jouret has more than 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of technology sectors including software, services, networking technology, cloud platforms, and hardware.

Currently, he is an angel investor at Sophia Business Angels and serves as an advisor and board member to multiple startups. Most recently, he was Chief Development Officer at Plume, creator of a widely adopted software platform for smart home and small business applications.

Guido served on the board of Poly (acquired by HP in 2022) and was Chief Digital Officer of ABB, where he led the company’s digital transformation. He also worked as Chief Technology Officer at Nokia and held several senior roles at Cisco Systems, including General Manager of the Internet of Things Business Unit and General Manager in the Emerging Technologies group.

He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Ph.D. in Computing from Imperial College London.
