Elena Marchesi

Elena is an Event & Operations Associate at NGP Capital in Berlin, bringing expertise in event management, operations, and community building.

Prior to NGP, Elena spent nearly three years leading the communications and event strategy for Earlybird Venture Capital’s Health Fund and contributed to fundraising efforts at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory, an intergovernmental research organization, through a one-year traineeship.

Outside work, she enjoys exploring new coffee spots with her dog and perfecting her baking skills.
