Douglas Garrett is the Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder of Neurobane, an R&D company dedicated to transforming psychiatric care through neuroimaging and AI.

Previously, he directed the Lifespan Neural Dynamics Group at the Max Planck UCL Centre for Computational Psychiatry and Ageing Research for 13 years, exploring how brain function changes across the lifespan. He has also consulted in data science and statistics and has led the Cluster Computing Working Group at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development.

Douglas earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Toronto and later served as an Emmy Noether group leader. His research has been published in renowned neuroscience journals and featured in prominent outlets, including Wired, The Times (London), Yahoo News, and MedicalXpress.
